To be eligible for withdrawal, a User must have: (a) completed full KYC verification; (b) satisfied all active bonus wagering requirements; (c) an Account in good standing with no active compliance restrictions; and (d) provided accurate and verified payment destination details matching the name on the verified identity document.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jk55 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and wagering conditions being met.
Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, jk55 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the Account Balance, including any pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of any investigation.
